Keeping a network healthy for the next five years is the actual job. Monitoring, patching, changes as your team grows, and someone who already knows your building when something breaks.
A network installed well and then left alone degrades quietly. Firmware falls behind and security advisories pile up. Someone adds a device and puts it on the wrong VLAN. A camera goes offline in October and nobody notices until they need the footage in January. The documentation walks out the door with the office manager who had all the passwords.
None of that is dramatic. It is just entropy, and it is why the phrase we hear most often is that the system worked great when it went in. Management is the thing that keeps that sentence in the present tense.
Watching the things that fail silently.
Updates on a schedule instead of at the worst possible moment.
The steady trickle of small things that otherwise pile up.
A response from someone who already knows the building.
We walk the building, look at what is there, and ask what has actually been failing you. No charge and no obligation.
A diagram, an equipment list, and one number. You see what you are buying and why it costs what it costs.
Structured cabling, labeled terminations, tidy racks, and cutover scheduled around your business hours.
We train your team, hand over documentation you own, and monitor the system if you want us to.
Every plan includes 24/7 monitoring, scheduled updates, configuration backups, and a written response expectation. Billed monthly, no contract, and you subscribe after the install using a link we send you.
One building, up to 12 UniFi devices. We watch it, patch it, and tell you before something breaks.
ManageUp to 30 devices. Adds, moves, and changes, door and gate credentials, priority support, quarterly visit.
Multi-TenantRental buildings up to 15 units. Unlimited tenant move-in and move-out changes, billed to the owner.
Multi-SiteUp to 3 locations and 75 devices, with the links between them and a monthly on-site visit.
It is written into the agreement before it starts rather than left vague. Monitoring, patching, configuration changes, and a defined response expectation are the core. Hardware failures, project work, and expansions are quoted separately, and the line between the two is spelled out so there is no argument about it later.
No. The point of the arrangement is that it keeps being worth what you pay for it. If it stops being worth it you should be able to leave, and you take your documentation and credentials with you.
Yes, and we do it often. It starts with an audit. We document what is there, correct the configuration issues we find, and tell you honestly whether the existing design is sound or whether something needs replacing before it is worth supporting.
Response expectations are set in the agreement so they are a commitment rather than a hope. What matters as much as the number is that the person responding already has your diagrams and knows your building, instead of starting from zero on the phone.
Plans start at $99 a month for monitoring and updates on a small site and run to $569 a month for multi-site businesses, with a separate plan for rental buildings. Homes and gate systems are priced per device from $49 a month. Everything is month to month. The plans page has the full comparison.
No. Plenty of clients have us design and install a system and then run it themselves, and that is a legitimate choice. You get the documentation either way. The plan is there for businesses that would rather not own it.
Tell us what is not working. We will survey the site and send you a straight quote, and if it is not something we can help with we will tell you that instead.
