Once your system is installed and handed off, choose a plan. We monitor your network, cameras, doors, and gates, patch them, and fix problems before you notice — billed monthly, no contract, and your documentation is yours either way.
Every plan includes monitoring, updates, and a written response expectation. The difference is how many devices we look after — access points, switches, cameras, doors, and gates — and how much hands-on work is built in each month.

Pay by bank transfer and save. Every plan is the same price by card or ACH, but ACH costs us far less to process — choose it at checkout and we'll knock 3% off your monthly rate for as long as you stay on it.
More than 75 devices, more than three sites, or something unusual? Ask for a custom plan — same terms, priced for what you actually have.
A managed gate with intercom and plate camera starts at $49 a month, plus $8 per camera and $6 per WiFi access point on the property. A cellular gate with no home internet is $128 a month including the data line. Same monitoring, updates, and remote credential changes as the business plans, sized for a home.
Every plan has the same foundation: 24/7 monitoring, monthly updates, nightly backups, and a written response expectation. The right one depends on what you've got and how much you want handled for you.
Still not sure? Tell us what's in the building and we'll recommend one — and if you outgrow it, moving up a tier is prorated, not a new contract.

Past your plan's device count, before the next tier makes sense.
Each additional UniFi Access door, gate hub, or intercom.
Network devices past your plan's count.
Multi-Tenant buildings past 15 units.
Add a building to Manage or Multi-Site.
Past your monthly allowance. Bulk onboarding is quoted as a project.
Extensions, auto-attendant, and call-flow changes handled for you.
Remote response on evenings and weekends, not just business hours.
Hardware replacement, new cabling, and expansion projects are quoted separately, and the line between "covered" and "quoted" is written into your agreement before it starts. Plans cover the health and upkeep of the equipment; they are not alarm or central-station security monitoring, and we don't watch video or dispatch responders.
We don't sell a plan to a building we haven't seen. Subscribing comes after the install, when we both know exactly what is on the network.
Your system goes in, your team gets trained, and you get the documentation. That happens with or without a plan.
You get an email with the plan we recommended for your device count, and a link to subscribe. No account to create first.
Card or bank transfer (ACH) on a secure Stripe checkout page. Pick ACH and your rate is 3% lower. Your first month is charged that day and monitoring starts immediately.
Update your card, download invoices, change plans, or cancel from the billing portal whenever you like.
Sign in with the email you subscribed with. Stripe emails you a one-time login link — there's no password to remember.
Need a hand with something on the network rather than the bill? Call (615) 439-5260 or email john@blackpearlllc.com — that's what the plan is for.
After your system is installed and handed off. We send you a subscribe link once the handoff is done. Your first charge is the day you subscribe, and it renews on that date each month.
Yes, at any time, from the billing portal. There is no contract term. Your plan stays active through the end of the month you've paid for, and your documentation and credentials stay with you — same as they would if you'd never subscribed.
Replacement hardware, new cabling, and expansion projects are quoted separately. Your plan covers keeping what you have running. The line between the two is written into your agreement before it starts, so there's no argument about it later.
Each plan covers a device count. If you grow past it we either move you up a tier, prorated, or add the per-device charge for a handful of extras — whichever costs you less. We tell you before anything changes on your bill.
One request we can do remotely in a few minutes: add or remove a user, issue or revoke a fob, PIN, or plate, change a door or gate schedule, add a WiFi network or guest password, open a port. A batch of related items sent together counts as one. Onboarding a whole new crew or rebuilding a VLAN plan is a project, and we'll quote it before we start. Most clients use one to three changes a month; the allowance exists so the ones with constant turnover don't set the price for everyone.
Yes. UniFi Access doors, gate hubs, and intercoms count as devices on your plan like any other. On Monitor we watch them and keep them updated; on Manage and Multi-Site we also handle credentials, schedules, lockdowns, and entry-log lookups for you. Homes with a managed gate are priced per device instead — see above.
Requests come from the owner or property manager, not from tenants — one named contact, so nobody can talk their way into a neighbor's unit. Move-ins and move-outs are unlimited: we issue and revoke door, gate, and amenity credentials, set up or reset each unit's WiFi, and run a monthly audit so nobody who has left still has access. The plan is billed to the owner as a building expense; it isn't set up to bill tenants for internet.
Card or ACH bank transfer through Stripe. ACH is 3% cheaper because it costs us less to process — the discount is applied automatically when you pay from a bank account. You get an emailed receipt every month and can download invoices from the portal. We never see or store your card or account numbers.
Yes, after an audit. We document what's there and correct what we find first, so we both know what we're agreeing to support. Request a site survey to start.
Plans come after the install. If you're still deciding on the system itself, we'll walk the building, design it, and give you one number — and you can choose a plan later, or not at all.
